About Delray Credit Counseling Delray Credit Counseling Corp. is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit educational service dedicated to providing consumers with the financial education and resources they need. Our goal is to provide consumers information not only pertaining to the specified fields that we operate in, but also provide them with a proper referral service that will be able to meet their needs in the event that we're not able to assist them. Delray Credit Counseling services the Debt Management Program (DMP) offered to consumers by the banks and finance companies. This program combines the accounts a consumer is looking to include into one monthly payment and the interest rates are typically reduced or eliminated.
