Welfare to Work: The Welfare To Work (WtW) program serves certain welfare recipients, non-custodial parents, low-income custodial parents, and youth who are former foster care recipients. The goal is to provide individuals with the transitional assistance they need to make the successful progression into lasting, unsubsidized employment that provides opportunities for retention, advancement, and economic self-sufficiency.
Veteran Housing Manufacturing Home Loans: The purpose of the program is to assist veterans, servicepersons, and certain unmarried surviving spouses of veterans in obtaining credit for the purchase of a manufactured home on more liberal terms than are available to non-veterans.
