Offer In Compromise
An Offer In Compromise is a program offered by the Internal Revenue Service for taxpayers when there is a doubt as to the liability or when there is doubt as to collectibility. They work with consumers to help them make arrangements to repay their tax debt. The Internal Revenue Service offers three different payment plans to help consumers fit the liability into their budget.
